Young People’s Village is pleased to announce the continuation of our transitional kindergarten program.
Transitional kindergarten is a school grade that serves as a bridge between preschool and kindergarten. Every district school is now requiring children to be 5 by September 1st of the year that they will enter kindergarten. For those students who do not meet that date, we provide transitional kindergarten.
At Young People’s Village, our experienced teacher will assess and accommodate your child’s individual needs. The curriculum will be a bit more challenging than pre-kindergarten. At Young People’s Village, we see transitional kindergarten as an excellent opportunity to fine-tune your child’s pre-existing skills.
Our program is a full-day program with a small class size. This will guarantee your child’s success and provide more one-on-one time with his/her teacher.
